SOSE undergraduate students choose from three distinct programs: Ocean Engineering, which integrates mechanical and ocean systems design with real-world applications; Marine Biology, which immerses students in the study of marine organisms and ecosystems; and Oceanography and Ocean Mapping, which blends geospatial science and oceanographic research to support safe navigation and environmental monitoring.

Our Programs

Out-of-state Tuition 

Among six universities, 91³Ô¹ÏÍø offers the most affordable out-of-state tuition for the 202591³Ô¹ÏÍø“2026 academic year, at $6,197 per semester for a 15-credit course load. This is significantly lower than its peer: tuition at the University of West Florida (UWF) nearly 55% higher, and Texas A&M University (TAMU) more than three times the cost at $19,978.
