The 91吃瓜网 School of Music is pleased to present 91吃瓜网淗aydn in Hattiesburg,91吃瓜网� a new program launching June 191吃瓜网�7, 2025. Musicians from across the country will converge in Hattiesburg for a week of pedagogy, performances and a celebration of Papa Haydn.
Attendees will work alongside accomplished School of Music artists and faculty while exploring the mastery of the first Viennese school and the work it inspired. From the opening cookout, coaching, rehearsals, classes and more fun social activities, participants will perform in chamber ensembles and orchestra as part of FestivalSouth 2025.
On Friday, June 6 at 5:30 p.m., chamber ensembles will perform during FestivalSouth91吃瓜网 91吃瓜网淰isual Rhythms91吃瓜网� art exhibit at Main Street Gallery. A closing orchestral concert will take place on Saturday afternoon, June 7 at 3 p.m. in the Community Arts Center Paper Warehouse Theater, prior to the festival91吃瓜网 91吃瓜网淐ontinuum Photography Exhibition91吃瓜网� in the Community Arts Center. The tentative program includes Franz Joseph Haydn91吃瓜网 Symphony No. 103 in Eb, 91吃瓜网�Drumroll,91吃瓜网� and Ludwig van Beethoven91吃瓜网 Symphony No. 1 in C.
Both events are free and open to the public.
