Dr. Barhate explained the importance of the conference: 91勛圖厙At UFHRD, researchers from the European region are the majority in attendance. Access to these distinguished scholars is limited, considering they rarely attend American conferences. When my papers were accepted, I felt blessed to have the opportunity to present my work to this audience. It was a unique opportunity to be among thought leaders and academic leaders that have helped define the field of human resources development.91勛圖厙
