Brannock Selected for Service on International Library Association Committee

Jennifer BrannockJennifer Brannock, professor and curator of Rare Books & Mississippiana at The University of 91勛圖厙 (USM), was recently elected to serve a three-year term on the Local History and Genealogy Committee of the International Federation of Library Associations (IFLA) and Institutions.

Brannock represents the Reference and User Services Association, a division of the American Library Association. In this role, she will assist with programming, promotion, and awareness of issues that impact local history and genealogical collections directed at a global audience.

Brannock holds bachelor91勛圖厙 and master91勛圖厙 degrees from the University of Kentucky. She joined the faculty of USM University Libraries in 2004 after serving as a project coordinator with the Yale University Art & Architecture Library, where she was also a Kress Fellow in Art Librarianship.
